◆ Refrigerant flow control component - Orifice Plate
◇SANHE magnetic bearing chiller uses orifice plates as refrigerant flow control components. Each set of orifice plates is custom-made according to the compressor and exact chiller unit, to match the chiller performance optimally
◇Two orifice plates are adopted as a set of throttling devices. The first orifice plate is used as liquid seal and the second orifice plate as throttling. The dynamic balance of the refrigerant ensures the refrigerant flow which required by the evaporator can be adjusted in time no matter the chiller is in full load ,part load and different load conditions.
◇No moving part in the orifice plate, so its reliability is superior to the various throttle valves with mechanical transmission.
◆Compressor
◇Low noise, the running noise is less than 74dB (A) at a distance of 1 meter.
◇Low maintenance cost, no vulnerable parts, no traditional maintenance problems, can quickly respond to maintenance, repair work to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
◇Extremely high COP and IPLV, greatly save electricity. COP up to 6.2 when full loading.

◆Condenser
◇Using shell-and-tube condenser, the heat exchange tubes are outer fin copper tube. The cover plates at both ends of the condenser are detachable, can be removed to clean the copper tube. The condenser tube is equipped with a fusible plug , can effectively ensure the safe operation.
◆Evaporator
◇The flooded type evaporator uses inner fin copper tubes as heat exchange tubes. Cold water passes through the heat-exchange tubes. The refrigerant completely immerses the tubes. After absorbing heat, it evaporates outside the heat-exchange tubes. There are many small pin-shaped holes on the tube surface. Through a special process, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the heat transfer coefficient increase about 5 times than the smooth tube.
◆Electronic expansion valve
◇The world famous brand Danfoss electronic expansion valve is adopted for higher control accuracy, wider adjustment range and faster response. Under any working conditions, the heat exchange area of the evaporator can be fully utilized, the heat exchange is more sufficient, and the efficiency is higher, which can ensure the reliability of the working performance.
◆Advanced Controls
◇Microcomputer controller
The chiller is equipped with advanced SIEMENS controller to provide safety protection and ensure stable operation. It adopts PID control function, which can automatically adjust the chiller load according to the cold water outlet temperature and the target temperature, so that the water temperature can reach the demand in the shortest time.

◇Human-computer Interface
The chiller is equipped with SIEMENS touch screen, which has a high response speed. User can master the whole running status of the chiller in real time. With intuitive operation screen, user can operate and set the chiller by simply clicking the menu.

◇Protection function
Overvoltage, under voltage, three-phase unbalance, and under-phase protection are applied to the power supply in the customer side.
1. Compressor overload& overheat protection, system high pressure, low pressure, evaporator outlet water temperature too low ,anti-freezing protection, condenser inlet water temperature too low protection, water flow abnormal protection.
2. Password protection can avoid the faulty operation by unauthorized persons
3. Power-on self-test function to avoid abnormal start;

Q3: How to ensure your product with good quality?
A3: We use the well-know brand accessories, such as Hanbell , copeland, danfoss compressor, Emerson expansion Valve, Siemens controller. All SANHER chillers are factory tested under load conditions to ensure good quality and easy installation for users.
Q4: What's the warrenty?
A4: 12 months from startup, or 18 months from delivery(which come first) for free if confirmed by both side damage in the quality reason.
Q5: Whats your payment term?
A5: We accept TT, LC, Western Union, etc. Normally ,30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment.
Q6: Can you do the design for us?
A6: Yes we can customize produce the chiller according to user's detail request. Also we can design the cooling system(cooling tower, water pump, water box, FCUs ,etc) for user of you need.
Q7: What about the lead time for production?
A7: For Magnetic Bearing Chiller, normally our production period is 45 working days after receiving deposit. If urgent order we can arrange fast production.
