● Cooling capacity range of Sanher single unit water cooled centrifugal chiller from 500 to 1400 tons.

● Brand: SANHER or OEM

● Running Condition:

Evaporator: Water inlet/outlet temperature is 12℃/7℃

Condenser: Water inlet/outlet temperature is 30℃/35℃ (When running conditions different, please contact with us for detail parameter)

● The power supply options:

Low-voltage unit: 3φ-380V-50Hz

High- voltage unit: 3φ-6KV-50Hz,3φ-6.6KV-50Hz,3φ-10KV-50Hz

 

Features and Advantages

1. SANHER Water cooled centrifugal chillers use R134a, a HFC refrigerant, recognized as a environment-friendly refrigerant internationally.

2. R134a is a positive pressure refrigerant, non-essential for discharge device. The ventilation design of motor room becomes simple.

3. SANHER centrifugal chillers adopt Hanbell two stage centrifugal compressor.

4. High efficient falling film evaporator (spray style) is adopted.

5. Chiller has built-in oil cooler, cooled by the refrigerant, and free of maintenance.

6. Independent oil reclaim system (jet pump) is adopted to ensure oil recovery in time in any load conditions.

7. Oil pump is built in the compressor oil tank, away from oil leakage.

8. Adopt fixed orifice plate throttling device, without moving parts, which can adjust refrigerant flow in variable load and conditions without hysteresis to ensure unit stable operation.

9. It is convenient to operate on microcomputer control system, displaying all the working data clearly. Chinese/English can be selected.
